Because GreenAlpha Technology provides digital consulting, engineering, design, and custom delivery work, refunds are generally evaluated based on the specific scope, milestones, and work already completed.

Advance and milestone payments

Advance and milestone payments are usually tied to planning, resource allocation, design, development, QA, and communication effort already committed. Once work is completed for a milestone, that portion is generally treated as consumed service value.

Case-based resolution

If there is a dispute or refund request, GreenAlpha Technology reviews it case by case based on signed scope, delivery history, and the exact stage of work. We aim for fair and practical communication.
